   Do you know how to have a healthy lifestyle?   Have you ever seen other people having  high levels of well-being and it made you want a healthy lifestyle? If you want a  healthy lifestyle there are three main topics to consider, the three main topics are eating healthy foods, sleep and exercise. First, you will have to eat healthy foods everyday. There are five , the five sections are fruits, grains, vegetables, protein and dairy. You need to eat this because inside the fruits it have vitamins and vitamins are good for our body. Grains are high in carbohydrates so it can easily turn into energy. It is better to eat whole grain foods because refined grain food have a lot of sugar in it. Vegetables don’t have lot of calories in it. Proteins help build our body and if our skin has a scratch it can repair very fast. Dairy foods can make us grow tall.    Another way to live a healthy lifestyle is to get lots of sleep. If you don't get enough sleep then you will be sleepy. whe

  last week we took selfies of ourselves and this week Mrs. Archie print our selfie's out and the teachers stick it on the stem v wall, here is my pictures, before I have four picture but there was only three pictures: This is the picture that was missing:                                                                              Yesterday was the picture gallery our parents come but my mom didn't come because I forget  to tell my mom. We have to stick the the post-it and write some nice comments about the picture that the teachers put on, we could write in Chinese or Korean the parents could also write.   

  I recommend you to read the book called the baby-sitter club 1(comic version) .   https://www.amazon.com/Kristys-Great-Idea-Full-Color-Baby-Sitters/dp/0545813875   In this book it have four main characters the first one is Kristy Thomas, Claudia Kishi, Mary Anne Spier( Kristy's best friend), Stacey Mcgil(just come to stoneybrook). It was about that Kristy create a club called the baby sitter club, so they meet at Claudia's home when they have a baby sitter club meeting, they also have a notebook where they write about when their baby sitting so that other member can look at it.

This Friday we were suppose to go to art class, but we go to music class instead, we learned two songs the first one is about a person who have nothing but they have to work a lot, the second song are the song we are going to sing in the JS-Production, the song name is How far I"ll go it is   f rom the movie Moana. http://www.impawards.com/2016/moana_gallery.html    We also watch the video from ted it is about a story plot.
